Take pictures of pictures you like

Have you ever come across incidents where you saw a picture or a poster that you like and wish that you had that picture in your computer? Well, with today’s camera well above 10M pixel, you can do it quite easily. Here are some tips.

1. Make sure that lighting around the picture is balance.
2. Take the picture at an angle that the whole picture is in focus.
3. Use software to correct the perspective eg Photoshop

So, there you have it.

A ride along Sungei Tampines

A ride along Sungei Tampines brings you a totally different experience as compared to other park connectors. You will get to enjoy lush greeneries, boardwalks cutting through the mangrove and also a forested walk at Tampines Eco Green. If you are lucky enough, you will bump into some sea otters along Sungei Tampines.

Excuse me! Is this Singapore?

My first digital Camera

I was one of the early adopters of digital camera. My first digital camera was Nikon Coolpix 950. I bought it in 1999 for about US$1,000 when I was on an International Assignment in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Back then, my friends were very impressed with my Nikon 950. It was cool! Though it was a 2 mega pixel camera, the pictures taken were razor sharp.

Since then I have owned Nikon Coolpix 5000, Nikon DSLR D80, Canon Powershot S95 and finally Fujifilm X100S.
